Neal Patel, DMD, MS

Dr. Neal Patel delivers high-quality orthodontic care with a personalized touch. At SP Orthodontics, he uses the latest technologies to help every patient achieve their best smile in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

 

Background

Dr. Patel grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was the valedictorian of his high school class before receiving his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.

Education & Experience

Dr. Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. He graduated near the top of his class and joined the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

After dental school, Dr. Patel moved to Louisville, Kentucky, to further his education. He was one of six residents accepted into the University of Louisville Department of Orthodontics, a prestigious full-time, two-year program known for its intensive clinical training.

Dr. Patel graduated with a certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry. His orthodontic training includes Invisalign certification and experience with the latest orthodontic technologies.

Outside of the Office

In his spare time, Dr. Patel loves playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
